We do not sell business cards on this site, or any other products. The site exists purely to inform readers who may be looking for information prior to ordering their business cards, or any other general business stationery.

Many print-related sites assume the buyer knows exactly what they want and that the buyer also understands the pitfalls associated with supplying artwork in the correct format. For the average buyer, finding the right information beforehand can be tiresome. We will hopefully help the buyer make an informed choice before parting with any money. Plastic Business Cards

Plastic business cards can be used for a variety of purposes. They are more commonly used as loyalty, membership, or discount cards etc. and are very similar to a credit card in feel and size.

They normally cost more than standard, traditional business cards, due to the material costs and the process involved in printing.

Plastic cards tend to have more impact than standard and are now widely used for storing customer information which can be ‘read’ with a swipe machine such as in credit/bank cards etc.

Plastic business cards can also be transparent and, with the right design, can look stunning.

An average thickness is around 760 microns.

Plastic cards are usually produced using a screen-printing method, so please don’t expect an instant turnaround.

As with other forms of specialist card printing it’s important to check with your supplier on artwork formats before starting your design.
