In order to make this site useful for the end user we've decided to allow any company, in any category, to feature their product or service free of charge. Please do not send us copy if your site is not print-related. As you probably already know, part of the process of making your site more 'visible' to users is by having theme-related links from other sites in your industry. The main criteria is that your site must fit in exactly with the category you wish to submit your site review to. If you provide a print-related service that is not as yet featured on the site, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your site. If your product range covers more than one category, then submit to one main category and mention in the text the other services you provide. What format should I send my copy in?
Whatever suits you. A Word doc. or any simple text file, html etc. We are not looking for a hard sales pitch with a ton of prices. Ideally, we'd like to know the various processes involved in your print-related function. Anything that the end user may find useful should be included. Try and provide enough content to fit a 700 x 750 pixel window. You are welcome to deep-link to your product pages. Don't forget to send in any graphics you wish to use. These will be hosted on our server to make sure your feature will always display as it should.

We reserve the right to edit any content we feel necessary. We will also drop you a line to say when the feature has gone 'live'. The feature is particularly suitable for companies with websites that are not well-featured in the search engines. Business Cards on the Web is now receiving a good deal of traffic, so your feature should help more people become aware of your service.

Any copy supplied must be 'unique', i.e. the text must not already appear anywhere on the web. Any copy found to be online already will not be used. This is purely to keep within Google's guidelines and not risk the site being penalised for duplicate content.

We are working on ways to make all our featured sites more accessible/noticeable. A search facility is being looked into that will enable your site to be 'found' in these pages with links directly to your site.
