Step 1:
Start out by creating a new file. I used a 800×600 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a black color. Now select the Pen Tool and above your screen under the options palette choose Paths. Then create a path line as shown below, if you choose to have a bigger canvas make your path line longer/bigger.
Step 2:
Create a new layer and set your foreground color to #004C77 color shade. Now right click on your canvas and choose Stroke Path. Under the stroke path settings choose Brush for tool and uncheck Simulate Pressure. Then go to Edit > Stroke. Grab the PSD file of the wire shapehere.
Step 3:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Outer Glow and Satin blending options to the wire layer.
Step 4:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to your smaller rounded rectangle layer.
Step 5:
Duplicate the wire design layer and and move it around around as shown below. Then grab the eraser tool with a large soft brush and erase the ends of the duplicate wire.
Step 6:
Now duplicate the texture wire from step five and resize it through Edit > Transform > Scale. Move this wire design around and set the layer’s opacity level at 87%.
Step 7:
Create a new layer and set the blending mode to Color Dodge. Now set your foreground color to #007FC8 color shade. Then choose your brush tool with a soft brush and paint on the bottom end of your first wire design.
